YouTube Thumbnail Designer for Educational/Entertainment Channel

JOB OVERVIEW:
We create educational content for an American audience and need a skilled designer who can take video concepts and turn them into clickable, story-driven thumbnails that drive high CTR. You should understand color psychology, facial expressions, and how to create curiosity without being "spammy." You will collaborate closely with the creator's team to package approximately 3 videos per week.

Responsibilities:
Design 3 high-quality thumbnails per week with a fast turnaround.
Create clean, cinematic, "Young Hollywood" style visuals.
Follow a consistent brand aesthetic while ensuring each image stands out.
Deliver on deadline and communicate clearly.
Make iterative improvements based on feedback and performance.

Requirements:
Proven experience designing YouTube thumbnails for content creators.
Strong Portfolio displaying previous thumbnail work (Required).
Skilled in Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software.
Strong understanding of YouTube visual strategy and CTR.
Attention to detail and ability to match specific facial expressions to video topics.
