Out Bound Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

Looking for full time HVAC cold callers aimed towards HVAC contractors in the USA. You will be using Dialpad, paid for by us, to make outbound calls to HVAC contractors in the USA. You will learn about our HVAC systems to hook the contractor into scheduling an in depth video session with one of our sales representatives based in the USA. You will be keeping a record of who you called, when you called, response, follow ups, if they are interested or not, and if they have successfully scheduled a video session with one of our sales representatives.

Skills or requirements:
- English speaking (FLUENT) (easily understood)
- High speed internet (REQUIRED)
- Computer (REQUIRED)
- Headset (REQUIRED)
- Spanish speaking (optional but a HUGE plus)
- HVAC experience
- Cold calling experience
- Sales experience

Hours of operation:
8am-5pm (1 hour break)
8:30am-5pm (30 minute break)
9am-5pm (without break)
*US Central Standard Time

Starting pay (USD):
$2- Training pay (1 day with training slides)
$3- Entry level
$3.50- Intermediate level
$4- Experienced with exceptional background
*Spanish speakers will be prioritized

Payment method:
TBD, working on signing up with WISE

Pay information:
Pay period is Monday-Sunday
Previous weeks work will be paid on Wednesday
