THE ROLE PURPOSE

At Alaniz, we solve high-stakes problems. To do this, our Account Managers (AMs) must stay at a high level of strategy and relationship building.

As the Marketing Coordinator, your purpose is to enable that high-level focus. You are the "Engine Room." You own the production tasks, the project timelines, and the coordination of specialized talent to ensure that the agency’s ---------- ntum never stalls between client meetings.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Marketing Production

Content Creation: Draft high-fidelity copy for blogs, email newsletters, and social media. You will use LLMs (AI) to accelerate your first drafts but apply a sharp human "strategic filter" to ensure the final product is world-class.

Light Design: Create professional social media assets and sales/client decks using Canva. You must have "visual hygiene"—an eye for margins, font consistency, and brand alignment.

Web & Platform Management: Perform updates to WordPress pages, manage email deployments in HubSpot, and execute complex social scheduling in Sprout Social.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Project Coordination

Timeline Integrity: You are the "pulse" of our projects. You will coordinate moving pieces between our internal team and external freelancers to ensure milestones are met.

Freelancer Oversight: Act as the first line of Quality Assurance for freelancer work. You ensure they have clear briefs and that their deliverables meet our standards before they reach the AM.

Reporting & Data: Build and maintain client-facing reports in Sprout Social or HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and professional presentation.

AM Enablement: Proactively identify what the Account Manager needs next. You don't wait for a ticket; you see the gap and fill it, allowing the AM to remain the strategic architect for the client.

Digital Hygiene: Maintain spotless organization in Google Drive and Wrike. You adhere to strict naming conventions and filing structures so the agency remains scalable.

REQUIREMENTS

Agency Experience: You must have 3+ years of experience working in a fast-paced marketing agency. We require candidates who understand context-switching, billable efficiency, and the rhythm of multi-client management.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Technical Mastery: Proven proficiency in HubSpot, Sprout Social, Canva, and WordPress.

AI Native: Demonstrated ability to use LLMs (ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini) to enhance productivity and quality.

Communication: World-class written and verbal English skills.

TECHNICAL MASTERY (The Stack)

To succeed in this role, you must be (or be ready to quickly become) an expert in:

Marketing Tech: HubSpot (CRM/Email/Social/Workflows) and Sprout Social.

Web: WordPress (Page updates).

AI/LLMs: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.

Creative: Canva (Social assets and presentations).

Operations: Wrike (Project Management) and Google Workspace.

WORK SCHEDULE AND INTEGRATION

This is not an "offline" production role or a freelance contract. You are a full-time, fully integrated member of our team.
US Business Hours: This role requires 100% overlap with US Business Hours (typically 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern or Pacific Time).

Live Collaboration: You are expected to be at your desk and available in Slack/Zoom during these hours to work alongside our US-based team in real-time.

Professional Work Space: You have a quiet dedicated workspace with high-speed internet.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

9:30 AM: Join the "Morning Sync." We align on priorities and pet photos, then focus on the day’s " ---------- ntum" items.

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Deep Work. You’re updating a WordPress landing page, drafting the accompanying newsletter in HubSpot, and using AI to research social hooks for the campaign.

1:00 PM: Client Strategy Session. You join the AM on a client call. While the AM leads the strategy, you are capturing technical requirements and demoing a new HubSpot dashboard you built.

2:30 PM: Coordination & QA. You check in with our freelance designer. You catch a small error in the brand colors in their latest draft and fix it yourself in Canva to save time.

3:30 PM: Report Building. You pull engagement data from Sprout Social and format it into a clear, professional update for the AM to share with the client.

4:30 PM: Digital Hygiene & ---------- ntum Update. You ensure all new assets are filed correctly. You send a Slack update: "The newsletter is drafted, the WordPress page is live, and the freelancer is 100% on track."

5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Daily Wrap-up. You log your time, double-check tomorrow's Wrike tasks, and ensure your "desk is clean" for the next morning.

LOGISTICS AND COMPENSATION

Salary: $1,000 – $1,500 USD per month (Premium tier for top talent).

Location: Remote (Targeting candidates in the Philippines or Islamabad).

Status: Full-Time Employee (Remote).
