Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for building rapport? We are looking for high-energy Call Center Associates based in the Philippines to join our growing team. Your primary goal will be to engage with qualified leads, deliver a compelling pitch, and secure appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate, you won’t just be reading a script; you’ll be the first impression of our company. Your duties include:
Outbound Dialing: Initiate calls to pre-qualified leads using our CRM and auto-dialer systems.
Script Execution: Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to book a consultation or demo.
Information Gathering: Qualify leads by asking strategic questions to ensure they meet our ideal customer profile.
Appointment Setting: Efficiently manage calendars and schedule appointments for the Senior Account Executives.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up with "warm" leads via
Data Management: Accurately update customer records and disposition calls within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Feedback Loop: Provide insights to marketing on lead quality and common objections to help refine our scripts.
Requirements
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a neutral accent.
Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in an outbound BPO setting (Sales, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting).
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, Google Workspace, and VoIP tools (like RingCentral or AirCall).
Resilience: A positive "can-do" attitude and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Home Office Setup:
Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with a backup plan.
