Customer Service Rep

Chipcave sells Poker Chips, Poker Tables, Playing Cards and other casino related products!
Looking for a go-getter, trustworthy, quick learner, self starter type that can think quick on their feet and is good under pressure. Be confident with speaking to customers on the phone, via live chat and email. Your job would consist of customer service calls, responding to emails/questions, updating tracking numbers, managing inventory, sales, etc.

Please have proven customer service experience, be well organized and detail oriented. Some days are extremely busy and prioritizing is important.
Shopify and Gorgias experience preferred but not required.
