Experienced Social Media Manager (with Video Editing Skills)

This is a full-time role for someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about building meaningful engagement online.

Job Responsibilities:

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

•Managing and overseeing social media accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) using Meta Business Suite
•Planning, creating, and executing monthly content calendars and consistent posting schedules
•Designing and creating marketing materials such as Flyers, Infographics, Newsletters, Daily social media posts
• Editing photos and videos for social media and promotional use
• Collaborating with the team to develop creative strategies that increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness
• Monitoring performance metrics, analyzing results, and adjusting strategies to meet goals
• Staying up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who brings both creativity and technical skill to the table:
•Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Canva (design and layout creation)
• Preferred experience with Adobe tools (Lightroom, Adobe Express, Adobe Firefly)
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and creativity
• Highly skilled in photo and video editing
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
• Creative, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• A team player who can receive and apply constructive feedback and suggestions
• Able to work independently or collaboratively while meeting deadlines
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
• Able to commit to a full-time position
