Role Overview

We are hiring a Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator to help us drive growth, build strategic relationships, and bring new users into the Petwrk ecosystem.

This role blends elements of B2B partnerships, B2C user acquisition, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities (30% Partnerships + User Growth)

? Identify partnership opportunities with pet-related businesses, influencers, and communities
? Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social messaging
? Schedule meetings between Petwrk leadership and qualified partners
? Manage and track partnerships through their lifecycle
? Support B2B marketing efforts to generate revenue
? Drive B2C marketing initiatives to acquire new users
? Use ethical growth strategies to secure verified U.S.-based signups
? Track activities and results accurately and transparently

Compensation Structure

???? Base Pay: $2 USD/hour (11AM–4PM CST, Mon–Fri)
???? Commission: For every 10 verified U.S.-based users who meet our matching criteria, you earn a $1 bonus
? Bonus users must be fully verified in Petwrk to qualify

Opportunity to convert to full-time contingent on performance.

? Ideally a night owl (the schedule is mid-day U.S. CST)

Prior partnership or outreach experience is a plus, but not required if you are proactive and willing to learn.
