Video Editor (Premiere Pro) – Trim & Prep YouTube Footage for Full Edits

We’re hiring a full-time video editor to trim longform, talking-head content for YouTube.

You’ll be working with raw footage (5 to 90 minutes), and your first priority is to clean it up:
• Remove dead air, repeated lines, stutters, pauses, filler
• Keep natural pacing and flow
• Deliver a clean, ready-to-edit base cut

???? You must use Adobe Premiere Pro — no other software accepted.

This role does not include full editing yet — no graphics, captions, or B-roll for now.
Just be fast, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

If you consistently deliver clean trims, you’ll eventually level up to full edits: B-roll, reels, TikToks, and full YouTube edits.
