**Offshore RFP Research Analyst (Energy & Utilities) Full-Time • Remote • Pacific Time** Power Direct Energy (PDE) and our nonprofit Power Direct Community Foundation (PDCF) are seeking an offshore RFP Research & Proposal Analyst to help us find, analyze, and prepare U.S. energy and utility sector RFPs.

We specialize in energy-efficiency outreach, electrification, weatherization, community engagement, and low-income programs nationwide. We need someone who knows how U.S. RFPs work and can assist with proposal development using our existing ChatGPT-based templates and structure.

Responsibilities include daily research for U.S. RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, tracking deadlines, summarizing key requirements, drafting proposal sections, preparing forms, and organizing final proposal packages. Requirements include experience with U.S. RFPs, strong English skills, and the ability to interpret complex documents.
