JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in the Philippines)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $2 per hour base pay + 3% commission.
Schedule: 8 hours per day, 7 days a week, with 2-3 days off per month (flexible shifts available to accommodate team needs)

Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and quick-thinking individuals to join our growing team as Virtual Customer Engagement Specialists. In this role, you'll handle real-time chat interactions with our platform's users, focusing on building relationships, providing personalised responses, and driving positive outcomes through engaging conversations. Key Responsibilities: Simultaneously manage multiple chat conversations, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses to user inquiries and messages. Acknowledge and actively listen to user needs, adapting responses to keep interactions flowing naturally and productively. Use persuasive communication techniques to highlight value, upsell services or features, and close on opportunities within chats. Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and engagement to foster long-term user satisfaction—track and report on interaction metrics to contribute to team growth and performance improvements.
Collaborate with the team to share best practices and support overall goals.

Requirements:

Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute (WPM) – we'll verify this during the application process.

Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download/upload) and a quiet, dedicated workspace with a computer or laptop.

Strong IQ and problem-solving abilities to handle diverse conversation scenarios intelligently.

Excellent communication skills, including grammar, vocabulary, and the ability to read between the lines in user messages.

Proven sales aptitude or experience in customer-facing roles where persuasion and relationship-building were key.

A strong work ethic and growth mindset – we're looking for team players committed to full-time dedication and eager to develop alongside us.

Availability for the specified schedule.

Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or online sales is a plus, but not required – we provide training!
