JOB OVERVIEW

Dear applicant,

We run a growing dropshipping business with multiple stores across different countries. We are currently looking to hire 1 customer support tea ---------- mber immediately and aim to bring the right person into the team within 1–2 days after applying, following a short interview call.

About the Role

This is a customer support position with clear processes and structure. Your number one responsibility is making sure customers receive timely responses while keeping communication accurate, professional, and consistent.

You will work in flexible working blocks throughout the day:

Customer support runs 7 days a week

You’ll check and respond to customer emails at scheduled intervals

The schedule is flexible, but you must be available throughout the day

Consistency and reliability are essential

Once you understand the workflow and SOPs, the role becomes very structured and repeatable.

Tools You’ll Use

G Suite (email)

Shopify

Slack

ChatGPT & DeepL (assistance and translations)

Google Sheets (tracking and reporting)

Responsibilities

Responding to customer emails (tracking, refunds, FAQs, complaints)

Keeping inboxes organized and under control

Maintaining strong response times throughout the day

Updating Google Sheets accurately

Tracking your daily tasks and submitting a short daily report outlining what you worked on

Following SOPs and contributing to improved support processes

Ensuring communication is clear and consistent
(no duplicate emails, off-topic replies, or vague answers)

Fluent English (written and spoken)

Minimum 2 years of Ecommerce Customer Support experience

Comfortable joining team calls

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Available to start immediately
