Summary
We’re AdSquad: An advertising agency that works with brands of all kinds – eCommerce, B2B, startups, and creators – to build high-performing advertising and acquisition systems that drive measurable results. We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented, and accountable ClickFunnels expert to join our team and to support ongoing project-based work. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable jumping into funnels, landing pages, integrations, and troubleshooting tasks as they come in—sometimes small fixes, sometimes full builds.
Work is assigned on a milestone / per-project basis, with clearly defined tasks and scope for each ticket. Payment varies depending on the complexity and time required for each task. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, fluent in English, and experienced working with agencies or multiple client accounts, this could be a long-term collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Build, customize, and optimize landing pages and funnels in ClickFunnels
• Edit and troubleshoot existing pages, funnels, pop-ups, and forms
• Set up and maintain integrations
• Create and manage automations and workflows using Zapier and webhooks
• Assist with checkout flows, upsells/downsells, and conversion logic
• Debug issues related to styling, submissions, tracking, or broken functionality
• Communicate clearly on task status, timelines, and completion
Required Skills & Experience
• 3 years of experience with ClickFunnels
• Proven hands-on experience with ClickFunnels (funnels, landing pages, pop-ups, forms, and integrations)
• Strong understanding of funnel logic, user flows, and conversion best practices
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting automations using Zapier
• Native-level English fluency (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working on a project / milestone basis with varying task sizes
• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
Preferred (Nice to Have)
• Experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, CRM workflows)
• Prior experience working with advertising or marketing agencies
• Basic knowledge of tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, etc.)

• Independent Contractor role
• Must be able to work within the 8 AM – 5 PM CT time zone, even partially. Communication must be possible in that window.
