JOB OVERVIEW

This is not a “make content and hope” role.
This is for someone who understands creative as a performance lever and knows how to turn insights into repeatable winners.

We operate multiple fast-growing e-commerce brands and are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who owns the creative system end to end, from research to briefing to optimization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Define creative strategy rooted in performance data and testing results
- Break down winning Meta ads and turn them into scalable iterations
- Research audiences deeply: pains, desires, objections, awareness levels
- Write precise, actionable briefings for Meta image ads, Meta video ads, and VSLs
- Lead VSL angle research and structure scripts that convert
- Develop hooks and angles designed to stop the scroll
- Work closely with media buyers to scale winners or kill losers fast
- Review creative performance and optimize continuously
- Bring structure to the creative process: batches, iterations, winner tracking

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- You do not need to be a designer.
- You need to think strategically and communicate clearly.

You:

- Have experience with Meta performance creatives
- Know how to write briefings that makers can execute immediately
- Have experience with VSL research and briefing
- Think in personas, awareness stages, and psychology
- Can break down winning ads and rebuild them to win again
- Understand ideation vs imitation vs iteration
- Work structured and manage multiple tests at once
- Take ownership and focus on results

SALARY & CONDITIONS

- Salary: €2,000 to €3,500 per month, based on skills and experience
- Performance-based growth opportunities
- Fully remote
