Video Editor - Full Time Virtual Assistant Needed

Summary
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant who is creative and dedicated to working full-time at 40 hours a week. If you are dedicated, resourceful, and someone who is looking for a long-term partnership, follow the steps in this post as this job could change your life:

REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and social media aesthetics
• Experience editing short-form vertical video (Instagram Reels, Shorts-style content)
• Familiar with Canva and at least one video editing tool (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Stable internet connection, at least 10mbps
• You must be willing to work on Paris Time, ideally between 9 am – 6 pm (although your first two weeks of work will be in Central Time)

We are looking for someone who is:
• Proactive and resourceful, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Loyal and able to work in a team environment
• Able to solve practical problems and deal with changing situations
In short: you think solutions, not problems

Some of the tasks you will be required to complete include:
• Edit Instagram Reels from raw video footage
• Repurpose long-form videos into Reels and short social clips
• Add subtitles, captions, hooks, emojis, and light motion graphics
• Create on-brand graphics using Canva (Photoshop is a plus, not required)
• Create and format vertical video content for Instagram
• Publish and schedule content on social media platforms
• Research relevant hashtags
• Other general data entry and content organization tasks

EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED – YOU WILL BE GIVEN FULL TRAINING
We will provide full training so that you are confident about how to perform the tasks assigned to you.

INTERVIEW:
You must also be willing to participate in a Zoom Video Call before being accepted for the job.
I will be picking 3 applicants to interview before making my final decision.

HOURS:
This position is a full-time opportunity and you will be required to work 40 hours per week.

COMPENSATION:
Your salary will start at $750 per month, with an opportunity to grow.
