This is not a “just make ads” role.
This is for someone who understands why creatives win and can translate that into clear, high-converting briefings.
We run multiple fast-scaling e-commerce brands and are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist who takes ownership of the creative process, from research to briefing to performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Define creative strategy based on data, not gut feeling
- Analyze winning Meta ads and systematically iterate on them
- Conduct deep creative research (personas, pains, desires, objections, awareness stages)
- Create clear, high-converting briefings for Meta image ads, Meta video ads, and VSLs
- Lead VSL research and translate insights into strong angles and logical scripts
- Develop hooks, angles, and concepts that stop the scroll
- Work closely with media buyers to scale or kill creatives
- Review creative performance and optimize fast
- Bring structure to the creative process (batches, iterations, winner tracking)
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You do not need to be a designer. You need to think strategically and communicate clearly.
You:
- Have experience with Meta performance creatives
- Know how to write strong creative briefings that makers can execute immediately
- Have experience with VSL research and briefing
- Think in personas, awareness stages, and psychology
- Can break down winning ads and rebuild them to win again
-Understand ideation vs imitation vs iteration
- Work structured and can manage multiple tests at once
- Take ownership and focus on results
SALARY & CONDITIONS
- Salary: €2,000 to €3,500 per month, based on skills and experience
