JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a creative, performance-driven strategist who knows how to come up with ad concepts that actually convert? Do you enjoy studying what’s working, breaking it down, and turning it into repeatable creative iterations?

We’re hiring a Creative Strategist Assistant who can generate fresh concepts, create clear creative requests (mostly iterations), and track everything so our media team can move fast and scale winners.
This role is for someone who loves direct response, understands paid social creative, and can organize a high-volume testing pipeline without things getting messy.

Core Responsibilities
Ideate new creative concepts for paid ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Create creative requests for editors and designers (focused heavily on iterations of existing winners and test themes)
Turn insights into clear briefs: hook, angle, structure, visuals, CTA, variants
Track and document everything (concepts, iterations, creatives produced, status, outcomes)
Ad spy daily: identify patterns, angles, formats, and creatives that are scaling
Support copy development: hooks, headlines, primary text, script outlines (direct response style)
Maintain clean organization in our Drive and tracking systems (Airtable/Sheets/Docs), following naming conventions and SOPs
Work closely with our media buyers to prioritize what gets produced next based on performance

Required Skills & Experience
Direct response copywriting experience (hooks, angles, scripting, persuasion)
Experience creating concepts for paid social ads (Meta is a strong plus)
Strong ability to break down winning ads and recreate them as new variations
Ad spying experience (Meta Ad Library + tools like Foreplay, AdsLibrary, etc.)
Organized and detail-oriented: you can track high volume without losing context
Fast communicator who can write briefs that are easy for editors to execute
Comfortable working in a performance environment where output and iteration speed matter
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)
Familiarity with creative testing metrics (thumbstop, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROI)
Experience working with Airtable-based creative pipelines
Understanding of funnels and conversion psychology
Experience in affiliate lead gen, or direct response offers
