Sales Representative (Cold Calling) — Google Reviews SaaS (Base + Commission)

Reviews & Marketing is a US-based SaaS that helps local businesses (dentists, med spas, restaurants, home services) get more 5-star Google reviews using smart QR codes and simple review-request flows.

The Role
We’re hiring a phone-based Sales Representative to cold call US small businesses, speak with owners/managers, and sign them up for a free trial / paid plan.

Compensation
Base: $200/month (paid bi-weekly)
Commission: $40–$60 per customer who stays 3 months
Expected monthly earnings: $200–$1,500+ depending on performance

Hours / Schedule
20 hours/week to start (option to increase to 40)
Must be able to work US business hours (8am–6pm Eastern Time) at least partially

What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to US businesses (we provide leads)
Follow a script and handle common objections
Track activity and follow-ups
Communicate with us through Microsoft Teams

Requirements
Strong spoken English (easy to understand on US calls)
Cold calling / phone sales experience preferred
Reliable internet + quiet place to call
Comfortable working commission-based performance targets
Must be reachable on Microsoft Teams
