Double Time Garage Doors is a residential and commercial service business operating across Fairfield County (CT), New Haven County (CT), Westchester County (NY), and Dutchess County (NY).
We provide:
Residential garage door repair and replacement
Commercial and industrial service (warehouses, HOAs, facilities)
Openers, installs, and ongoing service
The business is established and operating across multiple marketing channels. The next stage is improving alignment, predictability, and execution ownership as we scale.
The Role
We are hiring a Fractional Head of Growth & Marketing Operations to own marketing execution and coordination across channels, systems, and partners.
This role is not about adding activity. It is about improving alignment between:
Messaging and positioning
Website and conversion paths
Traffic intent and lead quality
Follow-up, CRM, and reporting
The goal is to reduce friction, improve decision-making, and make outcomes more predictable month over month.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Ownership
Own day-to-day marketing execution and prioritization
Ensure consistency between messaging, website flow, traffic sources, and follow-up
Improve lead quality, conversion flow, and predictability
Channels & Systems
Manage and optimize active channels (e.g. Google, Meta, SEO, CRM, referrals)
Recommend when to expand channels versus improve existing ones
Oversee automation, reporting, and lifecycle follow-up
Team & Partners
Work with existing agencies, contractors, or freelancers
Evaluate performance and recommend changes where needed
Help define roles and rebuild execution if required
Reporting & Visibility
Define and track key performance metrics
Provide clear, regular reporting and insights
Flag issues early and propose solutions

Fewer late-stage revisions or rework
Improved flow from enquiry to booking
Better visibility into what’s working and why
Reduced need for founder involvement in coordination and execution
Founder Involvement
The founder will provide:
Brand direction and goals
Strategic input where needed
You are expected to:
Execute independently
Coordinate moving parts
Report clearly and consistently
This role is designed to remove operational load, not add oversight.
Requirements
Senior experience in growth, marketing operations, or performance marketing
Experience managing channels, systems, and external partners
Strong understanding of funnels, websites, conversion, and lifecycle
Comfortable owning execution and decisions
Clear communicator with a structured approach to reporting
Nice to Have
Experience with local service businesses
Experience across both B2C and B2B
Familiarity with CRM and automation tools
Strong instincts for messaging and positioning
