Real Estate Customer Support Specialist – Performance Based (Long-Term Only)

We are a U.S. real estate investment company looking for serious, reliable cold callers who want long-term work and performance-based income.

This is not a flexible or part-time role. We are looking for people who:
• Show up every day
• Hit daily dial goals
• Follow scripts exactly
• Want to earn bonuses based on results

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• Stable internet and power
• Quiet working environment
• Ability to make 500+ dials per day once full-time (300+ dials per day during training/probation)
• Fluent English
• Can work 6 days per week consistently
• Comfortable talking to distressed homeowners
• No second jobs during shift hours

PAY STRUCTURE

• Base: $5+/hour, paid weekly then bi-weekly (TBD)
• Bonus: $5–$10 per qualified lead
• Deal Bonus: $100–$250 per closed deal

14-DAY TRIAL PERIOD

• Must complete training before paid work
• Must hit minimum daily dial requirements
• Must produce 1 qualified lead by Day 14
• Miss 2 days = termination
• No exceptions
