???? YOUR MISSION
-Create high-performing short video ads (Meta / TikTok / Reels) that:
-Stop the scroll ?
-Highlight the product clearly
-Work perfectly with voiceover (French OR English)
-Are fast-paced, dynamic, and hook-driven

????? WHAT YOU’LL DO
-Edit short-form video ads (5–45 sec)
-Select / cut strong visuals that fit the voiceover perfectly
-Create powerful hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
-Showcase the product clearly (usage, benefits, aesthetic)
-Deliver multiple variations (hooks / pacing / visuals)
-Optimize for conversion, not just “pretty”

? YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

-Have 2-3 years experience with video ads for e-commerce brands
-Understand how image + voiceover work together
-Can edit fast, clean, modern videos
-Know how to visually sell a product (close-ups, rhythm, emotion)
-Are comfortable working with French or English voiceovers
-Understand TikTok / Meta ad trends
-Deliver on time, every time

???? TECH SKILLS

-CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar
-Strong sense of rhythm, pacing & storytelling
-Experience with UGC-style ads is a BIG plus
-Bonus if you understand female wellness / beauty brands
