SOCIAL MEDIA MANGER

We are hiring a part-time Social Media Assistant to help us create and schedule content across our two growing brands using AI tools we already provide, such as ChatGPT, CapCut, Metricool, and others. This is a simple and structured role — you’ll be given logins, tools, templates, and clear instructions. Your job is to execute the system we’ve built.

? Job Overview

You are NOT expected to create ideas from scratch.
You’ll take our photos, scripts, or pre-written content — run it through AI tools — and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using Metricool, Hootsuite, or other schedulers.

We want someone who can follow direction, use AI tools well, and keep everything organized and on schedule.

???? Responsibilities

Use CapCut AI to turn images into short videos using templates

Use ChatGPT (we provide login) to generate captions and hashtags

Schedule content 2–4 weeks out using Metricool, Hootsuite, or other scheduling tools

Organize files and content in Google Drive

Follow pre-set themes and checklists (no creative direction required)

Use HeyGen (or similar) to generate simple avatar videos using our scripts

Occasionally help set up ManyChat automations (comment reply bots)

Track completed posts and report activity

? ChatGPT – our account, structured prompts provided

? CapCut – video creation using AI features and our templates

? Metricool / Hootsuite – for scheduling posts

? HeyGen – AI avatar video creation (we’ll provide examples)

? Google Drive – content storage and task files

? ManyChat – simple DM automations (you’ll be trained if needed)

? WhatsApp or Slack – for communication with our team

???? Time Commitment

Weekly: ~3.5 hours per two weeks per brand

Familiar with CapCut, ChatGPT, and post schedulers like Metricool

Follows instructions well and can stick to a content plan

Has a great eye for formatting and neat presentation

Speaks and writes clear English (no heavy caption writing needed)

Has reliable internet and good time management

Comfortable using shared logins (we provide access safely)

This is not a full-time role (approx. 7 hours per month per brand

We will train you on our system

You must be comfortable working every 2 weeks to schedule the next cycle of content
