We’re hiring a Creative Strategist to work with our growing supplements brand. This is a performance-driven role focused on developing and scaling paid ad creatives across Meta and TikTok.
You’ll be responsible for creating high-volume, performance-focused creative concepts, working closely with me and video editors, and using ad performance data to guide iteration and scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop performance-driven creative concepts for paid ads (Meta & TikTok)
- Analyze ad performance and iterate creatives based on data
- Brief and collaborate with video editors to execute concepts efficiently
- Help improve creative systems and testing processes
- Work directly with the founder on creative strategy and execution
- Get access to $25k+ worth of proven frameworks, training, and internal resources
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience in a creative strategy role for e-commerce / DTC brands
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and direct-response marketing
- Knows how to navigate an ad account and understands what data matters
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
Details:
Salary: $2,500 – $4,000/month (based on experience) + monthly performance bonus
Strong potential to grow into a larger leadership role as the we scales.
