Senior Real Estate Photo Editor

My client is seeking a highly skilled and dependable Real Estate Photo Editor to join our overnight production team. This role is built for an editor who values consistency, quality, and long-term stability, and who is comfortable supporting U.S.-based real estate clients during night hours (Philippines time).

This is not project-based freelance work. It is an hourly contractor role to start, with a clear and planned transition to full-time employment via Employer of Record (EOR) after a successful ramp period.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Photo Editor, you will play a critical role in our production workflow, ensuring that every listing meets strict quality standards and brand consistency. You will work closely with our operations team to deliver next-day edits reliably and accurately, handling a steady, predictable flow of real estate photo sessions.

Schedule & Workload
• Remote
• Night shift aligned with U.S. Pacific Time
• Start time aligns with 9:00 PM U.S. Pacific Time
• Monday through Saturday
• Ability to consistently handle 2–10 photo sessions per shift, depending on experience and volume
• Predictable, ongoing workload (not seasonal or ad hoc)

Compensation & Growth Path

Phase 1 – Contractor
• Hourly pay: USD $7.00–$8.00/hour (based on experience)
• Paid hourly for all production work and training
• Structured ramp period with feedback and coaching
• Performance review after 90 days

Phase 2 – Full-Time Employee (EOR)
• Transition to full-time employment via Employer of Record
• Target monthly salary: USD $1,300–$1,500
• Local statutory benefits handled through EOR
• Long-term role with growth and stability

This role is priced above market averages due to hours, production deadlines, and required real estate (flambiant) editing expertise.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit real estate photo sessions with high consistency and attention to detail
• Perform professional-level adjustments including:
• Color correction and white balance
• Exposure and light balancing
• Contrast and tonal refinement
• Ensure straight verticals and horizontals
• Execute clean window pulls and balanced exposures
• Perform hand-blended Photoshop edits (flambient workflow preferred)
• Follow established operating procedures, including:
• File naming and organization
• Documentation and tracking
• Next-day delivery standards
• Brand consistency across all deliverables
• Manage multiple listings while meeting strict turnaround deadlines
• Communicate clearly with the production team regarding workflow, questions, or issues
• Uphold brand standards and quality expectations in all edited work

Required Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with flambient editing and hand-blended Photoshop workflows
• Solid understanding of:
• Color accuracy and tonal balance
• Exposure, highlights, shadows, and white balance
• High attention to detail and strong quality control standards
• Proven reliability and ability to meet deadlines consistently
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Clear written communication skills
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Dedicated remote workspace
• High-performance computer capable of handling large image files

• Prior experience editing real estate photography
• Flambient or hand-blended Photoshop workflows
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or overnight shifts
• Experience in a production or team-based editing environment
