US Tax Accountant (Remote)

Job Title: Tax Preparer / Accountant (US Tax Experience Required)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tax & Accounting Associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time role designed for a professional who enjoys the "full-circle" accounting process—from maintaining pristine books in QuickBooks Online to translating those numbers into accurate tax returns.

Technical Requirements
- US Tax Knowledge: Must have experience with Form 1040, 1120-S, 1065, etc.
- Software: Familiarity with US tax & accounting software (Drake, ProConnect, QuickBooks Online, Xero, etc.
- Credentials: BS Accountancy preferred but not mandatory if you have US tax experience.

Schedule & Logistics
- Shift: Flexible, but will need to overlap some with 6am-6pm CST
- Reliability: stable high speed internet connection required

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Based on experience. Approximately 80k-100k PHP/month starting salary with lots of room for growth.
