The Role
As a Leasing & Digital Marketing Associate, you are the digital engine of our leasing department. This is a 100% remote position focused on high-volume lead generation and prospect management. Your goal is to dominate the digital marketplace (Facebook, Craigslist, etc.) and move prospects through the AppFolio CRM funnel until they are scheduled for a tour.

Key Responsibilities
? High-Volume Ad Placement: Post, manage, and optimize daily listings on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other rental syndication sites.
? CRM Mastery: Actively "work" all incoming leads within the AppFolio CRM. You will be responsible for immediate follow-up via phone, text, and email.
? Funnel Management: Nurture prospects from their initial inquiry through the pre-qualification phase, ensuring they meet our rental criteria before scheduling.
? Showings Coordination: Manage the calendars for our on-site teams in Los Angeles, scheduling and confirming showing appointments to maximize their daily impact.
? Content Creation: Draft engaging, professional, and compliant ad copy that highlights the unique features of our LA portfolio.
? Organized & Fast: In the LA market, speed is everything. You can juggle 100+ leads a day without letting anyone fall through the cracks.
? Daily Reporting: Track and report on lead volume, source performance (e.g., "Which ads are driving the most traffic?"), and conversion rates.

Work Schedule & Requirements
? Hours: Fixed schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Friday.
? Remote Setup: You must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet professional environment for taking lead calls.
? Responsiveness: As this is a remote role, we require high availability on Google Meet and AppFolio during business hours.

What We’re Looking For

? Tech Literacy: Proficiency in AppFolio is strongly preferred. Experience with Facebook Marketplace's nuances and Craigslist's posting rules is essential.
? LA Market Awareness: While remote, a general understanding of the Los Angeles geography and rental market is a huge plus.
? Communication: Warm, "family-business" style phone presence combined with sharp, professional writing skills.
