Hiring: YouTube Channel Managers (10 Positions)

I’m looking for 10 YouTube Channel Managers to manage 20 newly created YouTube channels. Each manager will be responsible for 2 channels.

Responsibilities:

Week 1: Warm up the channels by establishing natural activity and appropriate user engagement to build channel history and gain algorithm trust

Week 2 onward: Upload and manage videos according to provided guidelines

Follow YouTube best practices to ensure healthy channel growth

Dedicate approximately 3–4 hours daily per channel (this role is ideal for part-timers who can commit consistent daily hours)

Compensation:

?2,500 PHP per week

Requirements:

Familiarity with YouTube channel management

Basic understanding of YouTube SEO and platform guidelines

Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent with daily time commitments
