About the Role
I am looking for a thoughtful, strategic Social Media Content Manager to support my personal and professional brand across LinkedIn and Instagram.

My work is centered on dentistry, healthcare leadership, executive leadership development, corporate training, and curriculum design. This role is not about trends, influencer content, or selling aggressively. It is about relationship-building, education, credibility, and consistency.

I am not social-media heavy, but I value staying visible and top of mind through meaningful content. I need someone who can manage this process independently and bring structure through monthly planning.

Key Responsibilities
• Create a 30-day content calendar each month
• Post a minimum of 3 times per week on LinkedIn and Instagram
• Repurpose existing content (written posts, talks, podcasts, frameworks, trainings)
• Write clear, professional, and engaging captions aligned with leadership and healthcare audiences
• Design simple, clean visuals using Canva (team access will be provided)
• Schedule and publish content consistently
• Maintain brand voice that is professional, warm, educational, and relationship-driven
• Collaborate with me monthly to align themes and priorities

Required Experience
• Proven experience managing social media for leaders, coaches, educators, or healthcare-related brands
• Strong writing skills (English proficiency required)
• Experience creating educational, motivational, or leadership-focused content
• Ability to repurpose long-form content into social media posts
• Understanding of professional platforms, especially LinkedIn
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

This Role Is Not a Fit If
• Your background is only in real estate, influencer marketing, or purely promotional content
• You rely heavily on trending audio, viral reels, or gimmicks
• You do not have experience with leadership, education, or relationship-based content
• You do not have a portfolio or cannot submit a proposal

• Brand assets and guidelines
• Access to existing content for repurposing
• Monthly direction and content themes

Mandatory Application Requirements

Compensation
This is a paid, part-time role. Compensation will be based on experience and scope as outlined in your proposal.
