[Base Payment]
We offer a project-based compensation structure for those who apply as part-time. That said, the expected monthly range is USD $500–$800(for full-time workers), depending on factors such as proficiency, workload, task complexity, performance (including bonuses), experience, skill set, and the final scope of responsibilities.

There's potential for a performance-based bonus tied to the quality of partnerships and community growth. Metrics could include the number of successful collaborations, positive community sentiment, and the long-term impact of your outreach efforts. We'll go over those details once you've demonstrated your skills, but you should be comfortable working with just the base pay initially.

[What You’ll Be Doing]

Your role is to be the bridge between our brand and the wider creative community. You will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and nurturing relationships with creators, businesses, and organizations that align with our values. Your main tasks will include:

a) Strategic & Authentic Partner Identification: Go beyond follower counts to find partners whose values and audience truly align with our brand. You will analyze potential collaborations to ensure they offer genuine, reciprocal benefits for both parties.

b) Personalized & Meaningful Relationship Building: Craft unique and resonant outreach messages that show a real understanding of the recipient's work. You will build and manage a system for consistent, value-driven follow-ups that nurture relationships over time.

c) Meticulous Partnership & Communication Tracking: Maintain a detailed and well-organized database of all outreach efforts, communication history, and key partner details to ensure no opportunity is missed.

d) Collaborative Campaign & Initiative Coordination: Work directly with our partners to co-design outreach campaigns that feel authentic to both audiences. You will manage the coordination of promotional assets and ensure everyone is aligned on deliverables and timelines.

e) Insightful Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on both the quantitative and qualitative results of your outreach. You will translate data and community sentiment into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for future growth.

f) Genuine Community Engagement & Advocacy: Actively and authentically participate in relevant online forums and social media groups. Your goal is to provide value and build rapport, identifying and cultivating passionate brand advocates along the way.

g) Proactive Trend-Spotting & Cultural Adaptation: Keep your finger on the pulse of our industry to spot emerging creators, new platforms, and evolving community conversations. You will be responsible for understanding and adapting to the unique culture of different communities to ensure our outreach is always respectful and relevant.

c) Is a Strategic and Creative Thinker: You don't just send emails; you think critically about who to connect with, why it makes sense, and how to create a compelling, personalized pitch.

d) Is Meticulously Organized: You are a master of tracking conversations, managing follow-ups, and maintaining clean, actionable data. You don't let important details slip through the cracks.

e) Is a "People Person" with a Proactive Mindset: You genuinely enjoy connecting with new people and aren't afraid to take the initiative. You see your role as a brand ambassador who champions collaboration.

f) Communicates with Clarity and Values Respect: You are reliable, accountable, and can articulate your thoughts in a clear, logical manner.

5) AI in Your Workflow: Explain where and how you would use AI to improve your productivity and research in this role. Crucially, also explain where you would deliberately not use AI to preserve the authenticity of your outreach.
