Video Editor(YouTube Long-form)

[Work Type]

You may choose either Part-time(+3hrs/day) or Full-time

[Caution]
You’ll be using plugins in After Effects for motion and transitions, so please continue only if you’re already comfortable and experienced working in After Effects.

[Salary]
-$100 USD per project
-$300 USD commitment bonus after completing 10 projects (you will be paid $100+$300 for every 10th project you complete)
-You don't have to search for the visual elements such as video clips, images, talking-heads since all the elements will be provided.
-I can provide 1~2 projects each week as long as you can manage (our current editor says he can consistently handle around 1.5–2 projects per week after being fully aligned with the workflow and preferred style).
-Expect the first project will take longer as we need to adjust to the desired working style. But as we get on to the 2nd, 3rd, ... it will take less time as there will be less corrections to make.

[What You’ll Do]

-All the ingredients(images, video clips, voice-over, talking-head, BGM and script) for the video will be provided.
-You will select images that best match the context from the provided asset folder, place them at the appropriate timestamps, and add motion, transitions, sound effects, and background music.
-Use After Effect plugins such as Mister Horse and Flow to add dynamic motions.
-The images or video clips must match with what's being spoken by the voice-over.
-Collaborate with me or our team to ensure the visuals meet aesthetic and desired output.

*In the beginning, your edits will get a few rounds of feedback for refinement while adjusting to the preferred video style. But as you're aligned and become familiar, you won't need my feedback and refinement as much.
