JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,

we are a well-established Amazon FBA business looking for an experienced Online Arbitrage Sourcing VA to join our growing team long-term.

This role is designed for VAs with prior Amazon OA sourcing experience. We are looking for professionals who consistently find profitable OA leads and have a deep understanding of Keepa and SellerAmp.

Your Responsibilities:

• Research profitable Amazon Online Arbitrage products for ---------- (Germany)
• Source products from EU-based online retailers
• Accurately calculate VAT, fees, and net profit for the EU market

Notice: No German language skills required — ---------- sourcing is purely data-driven and performed using Keepa, SellerAmp, and standard OA methods. All SOPs, reporting, and communication are in English.

• Analyze products using Keepa (price history, sales rank, buy box and competition)
• Validate leads using SellerAmp
• Focus on high-quality, sustainable leads, not borderline products
• Submit leads in a structured reporting spreadsheet
• Meet daily and weekly sourcing expectations
• Follow sourcing SOPs and quality standards


Requirements (Please apply only if you meet ALL of these):

• Experience in Amazon Online Arbitrage sourcing
• EU market sourcing experience is a plus, but strong US OA sourcers with solid Keepa skills are welcome
• Strong understanding of profit, ROI, margins and demand
• Confident and independent use of Keepa
• Experience with SellerAmp
• Ability to evaluate products without constant supervision
• Reliable internet connection and professional work ethic


Working Hours:

• Full-time: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
• Flexible schedule
• Daily sourcing activity with an average target of 3-4 high-quality leads per day
• Availability for occasional Zoom calls or teams meetings


Paid Trial Phase (Assessment):

Before hiring, shortlisted applicants must complete a paid trial phase:
• Duration: 3 days, 8h/day
• Compensation: $1.50 per hour
• Task: Source 3–4 products per day using Keepa and SellerAmp, following our predefined SOP criteria
• Evaluation focus: - Product quality (profitability, ROI, etc.)
- Accuracy of analysis
- Consistency & reliability (meeting daily expectations)

Notice: The trial phase is designed to fairly evaluate real sourcing skills, not speed or volume alone.


Compensation & Performance-Based Bonuses:

The compensation consists of a base salary + performance-based bonus.
Estimated monthly earnings: $750–$1,000 for high-performing VAs

• Base salary (after hire): $3.00/hour, paid weekly
• Performance-based bonus system focused on product profitability and lead quality
• Bonuses are awarded monthly based on purchased products, net profit and quality
• Clear bonus rules and examples will be explained during onboarding
