About the Role: We are Skalieren.ai, a specialized provider of CRM software and automation consulting for the German market. We are currently building up our social media presence and are looking for a dedicated Social Media Manager who can drive community growth while maintaining a high-quality visual standard.

Your Responsibilities:
-Community Growth: Actively engage with our target audience, manage interactions, and implement strategies to grow our follower base and engagement.
- Visual Content Creation: Design professional Instagram posts and carousels primarily using Canva.
- AI-Driven Text: Use AI tools like Gemini to brainstorm content ideas and create initial German text drafts for our review.
- Approval Workflow: You will prepare all content in advance; no post goes live without our final approval.
- Reporting: Track growth metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
- Canva Mastery: Advanced skills in Canva Pro are a must.
- Growth Mindset: Proven experience in growing social media accounts (B2B experience is a plus).
- AI Affinity: You know how to use Google Gemini or ChatGPT to bridge language barriers and generate creative concepts.
- Visual Eye: You can identify and create layouts that appeal to a professional German business audience.

Reliability: You must be available and online within the working hours (8:00 AM – 11:45 AM PHT).
