Video Editor for Long-Term Project

I am looking for a talented video editor to help me build a YouTube channel. While our topics will be like "The Paint Explainer channel", the **editing style** must follow the "Visual Deen" channel. The link is given below. Aesthetic, high-quality storytelling, immersive sound effect.

**What we are looking for:**

* **Atmospheric Editing:** You know how to make a static image feel alive using slow zooms, pans, and light overlays.
* **Expert Sound Design:** You don't just add music; you add "world-building" sound effects (wind, footsteps, echoes, heartbeats) that match the voice-over.
* **Pacing Mastery:** You can maintain a 15-minute video’s "flow" so the viewer never gets bored.
* **Adaptability:** You can apply this specific cinematic style to a variety of different topics.

**The Workflow:**

1. **I provide:** The Voice Over (VO) and a folder of images/assets.
2. **You provide:** The creative vision, transitions, sound design, and final 10 –15 minute edit.
3. **Frequency:** This is a long-term role with consistent videos.

**Compensation:**
* **$20 Flat Fee per video.**

**Candidate Requirements:**
* Experience with "Faceless" YouTube channels or Video Essays.
* Strong library of cinematic transitions and sound effects.
* Reliable communication and ability to handle feedback.
