Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Remote with occasional PH team coordination
Type: Part time-Full-Time (flexible for the right candidate)
Reports to: Company Director (Australia-based)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to support the Company Director, a busy executive managing multiple business ventures.
This is not a standard admin role — you’ll be the Director's right hand, managing his calendar, inbox, travel, personal logistics, and household coordination. The objective is to free up his time so he can focus on business growth and family life.
If you love structure, problem-solving, and delivering top-level support with discretion, this role is for you.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Director’s calendar, inbox, meetings, and communications
- Handle travel planning: flights, hotels, itineraries, events, and family trips
- Support personal and household needs: bookings, errands, trades, and subscriptions
- Track and coordinate projects, tasks, and creative ideas for business and personal life
- Anticipate needs, close the loop on tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations
Key qualifications:
- Experience as an EA/PA for a busy executive
- Experience in event planning or travel management
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable managing both professional and personal matters with discretion
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
