Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Associate (Virtual Assistant) to support our sales team remotely. This role involves handling customer enquiries, making sales calls, following up leads, and assisting in closing sales for solar and heat pump products.
This position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in online, remote, or voice sales, and who is comfortable speaking with Australian customers.

Tasks & Responsibilities
• Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound customer enquiries
• Present solar and heat pump solutions via phone, video call, or online platforms
• Qualify leads and understand customer needs
• Follow up on enquiries, quotes, and previous conversations
• Update customer information, call notes, and sales progress in CRM systems
• Assist in preparing and sending quotes and proposals
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times

Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in online, remote, or voice sales
• Experience with Australian clients, preferred
• Basic technical knowledge of solar or energy systems, preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident in handling phone calls
• Basic experience using CRM systems
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Stable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup
