BeSafe Group Pty Ltd is a trusted Australian property inspection company based in Sydney. We work closely with top real estate brands across NSW and we’re looking for a reliable, switched-on Admin & Operations Coordinator to join our long-term team.

This is not a short-term gig. We want someone who takes pride in their work, stays organised under pressure, and genuinely cares about doing a good job.

Your Role

Manage daily job bookings and allocations using ServiceM8

Communicate with inspectors, clients, and real estate agents

Answer calls and emails with professionalism and warmth

Update reports, schedules, and internal records

Track KPI data and support management with reporting

Coordinate day-to-day operations with the Australian team

Manage and support our social media presence (important part of the role)

Must-Have Requirements

Excellent English (spoken and written) with a neutral accent

ServiceM8 experience – non-negotiable

Property or construction industry experience (real estate admin, tradie coordination, inspections, etc.)

Excellent phone manner – calm, clear, and confident

Extremely organised with strong attention to detail

Proactive and able to think ahead without being micromanaged

Very strong social media skills (posting, engagement, understanding platforms)

Quiet, professional home setup with no background noise when taking calls

Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) plus backup power and backup internet

Availability to work Sydney hours:
Monday to Thursday and Saturday
Friday is always off

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Familiarity with Australian property workflows

Experience supporting tradies or inspection businesses

What We Offer

Full-time, long-term role (not project-based)

Competitive pay: ?250 – ?300 per hour (AUD $6.50–$8/hr) depending on experience

Performance bonus after probation (?4,000 – ?7,000 monthly)
