JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! We’re looking for a highly experienced full-time Shopify Dropshipping Manager to take full ownership of our operations, including stores, systems, and people. This role is from Monday - Saturday, 8 hours per day.

If you know how to manage teams, build processes, spot problems before they scale, and keep multiple Shopify stores running profitably at the same time, this role is for you.

What you'll be doing on a daily basis:
- Take full responsibility for the daily operations of all live Shopify dropshipping stores
- Manage and coordinate the entire team across store building, product research, product listing, and design
- Ensure there are always enough active stores running and push new store launches when older stores decline in performance
- Track KPIs, deadlines, and output quality for every tea ---------- mber
- Make sure every tea ---------- mber always has clear daily tasks and priorities

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Shopify dropshipping stores at scale
- Strong background in team management and operational leadership
- Ability to build and enforce SOPs and structured workflows
- Strong understanding of product research, store design, and conversion focused product pages
- Extremely detail oriented with high quality standards
- Comfortable managing multiple stores and multiple people simultaneously
