Kartra Expert – Event Funnel Development

We are seeking an experienced Kartra Expert to design, build, and deploy a high-end event funnel for an upscale, invitation-driven party. This role is execution-focused and requires strong judgment around aesthetics, user flow, automation logic, and conversion psychology appropriate for a premium audience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for translating an event concept into a polished, seamless Kartra-based funnel that manages interest, registration, qualification, communication, and post-event follow-up with precision.

This is not a generic webinar funnel. The work must reflect luxury positioning, exclusivity, and intentional pacing.

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and build a complete event funnel in Kartra from entry point to post-event follow-up
• Design high-end landing pages and registration pages aligned with an upscale brand and audience
• Configure email automation sequences for invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post-event messaging
• Implement CRM tagging, segmentation, and behavioral logic (RSVPs, attendance status, interest levels)
• Set up checkout or application flows if ticketing, deposits, or approvals are required
• Ensure mobile responsiveness, fast load times, and clean UX throughout the funnel
• Integrate tracking, analytics, and reporting to measure engagement and conversions
• Test and QA the full funnel prior to launch to ensure a flawless guest experience
• Provide clear documentation or handoff notes upon completion

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience building funnels inside Kartra
• Demonstrated ability to design funnels for events, experiences, or premium offers
• Strong understanding of email automation, CRM logic, and conditional workflows
• High attention to detail and ability to execute without hand-holding
• Strong aesthetic judgment suitable for luxury or upscale brands
• Clear communication and reliable turnaround times

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with private events, invite-only experiences, or high-ticket audiences
• Familiarity with copy flow and conversion psychology for premium positioning
• Light HTML/CSS knowledge for custom styling (not required, but a plus)
