Experienced Flutter & TypeScript Developer needed to Take Over & Manage Mobile App (iOS & Android)

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly organized Lead Developer / Full-Stack Engineer to take over the management and maintenance of our existing mobile application.

The app is already live/developed, but we are looking to transition away from our current development team. We need someone who can audit the current codebase, take over the deployment process, and implement ongoing small features and bug fixes.

Tech Stack:
Frontend: Flutter (Dart - 93%)

Backend: TypeScript & Node.js

Database: MongoDB

Platforms: iOS & Android

Your Responsibilities:
Codebase Audit: Review the existing Flutter and TypeScript code to identify immediate issues or technical debt.

DevOps & Management: Take over the CI/CD pipeline and ensure you can successfully build and push updates to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Ongoing Maintenance: Fix existing bugs and ensure the app remains compatible with the latest OS versions.

Feature Development: Implement small changes and UI improvements as requested.

Communication: Provide clear updates and help us regain stability after a difficult experience with previous developers.

Requirements:
Proven experience with Flutter (Dart) is a must.

Strong knowledge of TypeScript and MongoDB.

Experience in publishing and managing apps in the App Store Connect and Google Play Console.

Ability to read and understand someone else’s code (even if it's messy).

Fluent in English (German is a plus but not required).

Project Type:
Ongoing project. We are looking for a long-term partner who can dedicate a few hours a week (or more as needed) to keep the app running smoothly.
