Contract App Developer

We are seeking an experienced App Developer to work on a contract basis to develop a set of applications for our business.

The main project involves building an app that allows users to easily create floor plans and building elevations, with the intention of launching the app as a subscription-based product.

Project Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop a user-friendly mobile and/or web application
2. Build intuitive tools for creating floor plans and elevations (drag-and-drop, templates, customization)
3. Implement user accounts and subscription functionality
4. Integrate payment systems for recurring subscriptions
5. Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the application
6. Test, debug, and prepare the app for deployment
7. Collaborate with our team to refine features and requirements
8. Provide documentation and limited post-launch support if required

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in mobile and/or web app development
2. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
3. Experience building subscription-based or SaaS applications
4. Knowledge of 2D/3D design, CAD, architectural, or construction-related apps is a strong advantage
5. Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
6. Clear communication skills
