Viral Content Operator — TikTok / Instagram (Performance-Based Pay

About the Role
We're growing a women's dating intelligence app using high-volume short-form content on TikTok and Instagram.
This is not a traditional social media manager role.
You will be running 3–5 accounts and posting 2–3 videos per account, every single day. That's up to 15 videos going live daily. Your job is to find what goes viral, double down on it, and keep the machine running.
If you understand hooks, POVs, trending audio, and how the TikTok algorithm actually works — this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

Manage 3–5 TikTok and/or Instagram accounts simultaneously
Post 2–3 short-form videos per account per day (6–15 videos daily)
Edit videos using CapCut (simple cuts, captions, on-screen text)
Recreate and adapt viral formats using hooks and briefs we provide
Track 24-hour view performance on every video posted
Report weekly on what's working and what's not


What You Won't Do

No long captions or corporate content
No branding decks or strategy documents
No buying followers, views, or fake engagement (see penalty clause below)
No micromanaging creators — you execute and iterate


Requirements

Proven experience posting viral TikToks or Reels (send links)
Deep understanding of hooks, pacing, trending audio, and on-screen text
Comfortable managing multiple accounts at the same time
Fast executor — done is better than perfect
Knows how to adapt content, not copy-paste it
Reliable internet and available during agreed posting windows

Bonus (Not Required)

Experience with niche, ---------- , or POV pages

Experience growing accounts from scratch


Pay Structure
Base Retainer
$400/month — paid to keep you consistent and committed.
Performance Bonuses (per video)

Bonuses are per video and uncapped. A strong month with multiple viral videos could earn you significantly more than your base.

We track all account analytics closely. Buying views, followers, or engagement of any kind is grounds for:

Immediate termination with no notice
Forfeiture of all unpaid bonuses
Repayment of any bonus already paid for that specific video

We're building something real. We only want people who want to build it with us the right way.
