JOB OVERVIEW

Job Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Script Ownership

Own the full creative lifecycle for assigned brands. From research and angle ideation to production-ready script delivery.
Develop high-converting scripts across evergreen, promotional, and seasonal campaigns, aligned to different stages of the funnel.
Prioritize script development based on business impact, performance signals, and campaign urgency, making clear trade-offs when resources are constrained.
Convert product insights, consumer psychology, and performance data into clear, actionable creative briefs.
High-Performance Script Execution

Deliver a consistent weekly volume of production-ready scripts built on proven direct-response frameworks.
Ensure every script includes clear visual cues, instructions, pacing notes, hooks, and CTAs, enabling editors to execute with minimal back-and-forth.
Turn winning performance insights into newscript iterations within 48 hours of identifying a top-performing hook or angle.
Creative Direction & Brand Guardianship

Act as the single point of clarity for creative direction, reducing ambiguity and rework across editors, designers, and performance teams.
Provide structured, actionable feedback on video and graphic drafts within 24 hours, grounded in performance logic and brand standards.
Review and approve all creative assets before launch, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines, messaging hierarchy, and aesthetic quality.
Maintain a high creative bar (“The Amare Standard”). Polished enough for a premium brand, aggressive enough to convert in a crowded feed.
Performance Iteration & Collaboration

Partner closely with the media buying team through weekly performance syncs to analyze creative wins and losses.
Use performance data (e.g., Hook Rate, Hold Rate, ROAS) to scale winning concepts into repeatable evergreen systems.
Balance creative experimentation with performance stability by protecting proven evergreen frameworks while testing new concepts in a controlled manner.
Systems Thinking & Knowledge Transfer

Document winning hooks, angles, and creative frameworks into shared references to ensure learnings are reusable and scalable across brands and teams.
Audit and improve creative systems, including naming conventions, script frameworks, and review workflows.
Serve as the connective bridge between Marketing Leadership (vision) and Editors/Designers (execution), ensuring no strategy is lost in production.
Future-Facing Brand Contribution

Stay ahead of market trends, competitor messaging, and creative patterns to keep Amare category-leading.
Partner with Operations to optimize workflows as output, brands, and complexity increase.
Contribute to the long-term evolution of Amare toward more commercialized, brand-led, and scalable marketing.
KPIs

???Ad Spend: The total spend on creatives you've developed. More winning creatives =
more spend = more revenue = more growth. This is the ultimate measure of your
impact.

???Hit Rate: The percentage of concepts you produce that reach our spend thresholds.
A concept that can't hold spend is a failed concept. Your job is to maximize the ratio of winners to total concepts produced.

Qualifications Required

3+ Years of High-Stakes Experience: Proven background in Performance Marketing or Creative Strategy with direct accountability for ad spend, hit rate, and ROAS.
Documented Success: A portfolio of "Winning" creatives where you can cite specific spend, scale, and performance metrics.
Copywriting Mastery: Exceptional ability to write Direct Response scripts that convert.
AI Creative Mastery: Highly proficient in AI-driven creative workflows. You use tools like Runway, Veo, Flux, or Midjourney to rapidly prototype concepts, generate b-roll, or create high-fidelity storyboards.
Workflow Automation: Experience using AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or custom GPTs) to analyze vast amounts of customer review data or to generate 10+ hook variations in seconds.
Efficiency Focus: You view AI as a "Force Multiplier" that allows you to do the work of a 3-person creative team.
Behavioral Psychology Expert: Deep knowledge of consumer psychology. You can explain the "Why" behind the creative, not just the "What."
Systems Architect: Experience building SOPs and frameworks. You look for ways to integrate AI into these systems to reduce human error and increase speed-to-market.
Creative Directing: You can guide editors and designers to use AI assets effectively within our brand guidelines.
Technical Precision: You provide high-standard feedback that ensures AI-generated content remains premium and "human-centric."
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: Competitive monthly salary (PHP 50,000-70,000 gross pay with twice a year increases based on Key Performance Indicators).
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses (up to PHP 20,000 per month to start) and incentives for hitting or exceeding targets.
Benefits: Includes government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), 13th-month pay, and paid leave entitlements upon regularization.
Contract: Full-time employee status following a 6-month probationary period, with regularization based on performance review. Performance will be evaluated based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused primarily on advertising performance metrics.
Work Setup:

Contract: This is a full-time, employment position (starting with a 6 month probationary period)
Location: This is a fully remote position.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM PHT (includes a 1-hour break).
Equipment: Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable personal device (laptop) for work.
