About the Role

We’re hiring a Website & Brand Designer to bring startup brands (and founder-led personal brands) to life through beautiful, conversion-ready assets used across marketing funnels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine strong brand thinking with practical execution - creating cohesive visual systems and applying them across key funnel touchpoints like landing pages, email templates, LinkedIn assets, and PDF reports. You’ll work closely with our leadership team, our marketing automation lead, and especially our CPO and CRO to translate strategy into design that performs.

We’re excited about designers who embrace modern workflows and tools - including Framer, Relume, and AI-powered design systems - to move quickly without compromising craft.


Key Responsibilities

- Design and build funnel assets for startup clients: landing pages, lead magnets, email templates, and supporting visuals

- Create brand style guides (and occasionally logos) that translate into consistent real-world usage across web + marketing

- Design visual assets for founder/personal brands, including LinkedIn profile banners and social brand elements

- Produce high-quality PDF reports / lead magnets that feel premium and on-brand

- Build and iterate landing pages using Framer / Relume or similar (and collaborate with the team on structure and UX)

- Use tools like Relume (or similar) to speed up wireframing, site structure, and component planning

- Collaborate weekly with the leadership team + marketing automation lead, with daily comms via Slack

- Work closely with our CPO to develop and refine brand direction, creative standards, and asset quality


What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

- Strong portfolio showcasing brand + web design (ideally for startups, founders, or digital products)

- Ability to create and apply brand systems across multiple formats (web, email, PDF, social)

- Confident designing landing pages with a conversion mindset (hierarchy, clarity, CTA focus)

- Working experience with modern tools like Framer, Relume (or strong willingness to learn quickly)

- Comfortable using (and excited by) AI-enabled design workflows to improve speed and quality

- Excellent communication skills and reliability in a remote environment (Slack + async collaboration)

- A proactive, detail-oriented approach - someone who can take a brief and run with it

Nice-to-Have (but not essential)

- Some video editing skills would help, but are not essential

- Based in Cebu, Phillipines (where our Marketing Automation Lead resides)

- Basic knowledge of email design constraints (responsive layout, readability, modular templates)

- Familiarity with funnel strategy, lead magnets, and lifecycle email journeys

- Ability to do light copy/layout pairing (not copywriting, but strong visual storytelling)
