We’re a fast-growing trading education and signals company helping traders worldwide improve consistency through premium signals, algorithms, and coaching programs.

Non-negotiable requirement (read first)

This role requires real Forex trading experience.
You must understand trading language, MT5, and the psychology behind execution (fear, greed, hesitation, revenge trading, risk control).
If you’ve never actively traded Forex or don’t speak “trader,” this is not for you.

What this role is

You own our Telegram growth + conversion engine.
Not “posting content” you drive inbound DMs and conversions through disciplined messaging, proof timing, objection handling, and weekly optimization.

Availability & responsiveness (must)
7 days/week availability for quick responses and execution
Weekends are flexible, but you must still be reachable and able to act when needed

Your mission (outcomes)

Increase ---------- intent from the free Telegram (more people messaging us)
Improve conversion through structure, cadence, proof, and CTA sequencing
Keep messaging professional, calm, compliant (no hype, no promises)
Build a repeatable weekly system for growth + monetization
Design upsell strategy's for existing clients.

Responsibilities

Build a weekly Telegram content + conversion plan (daily cadence + themes)
Write posts that translate trading events into trust + action
Coordinate proof drops (wins, payouts, results, testimonials) with correct timing
Create and run A/B tests (hooks, angles, CTA styles)
Monitor group psychology: doubt after losses, overconfidence after wins, silence phases
Improve Telegram funnel: pinned message, onboarding flow
Work closely with ops/sales to align messaging with offers + objections
Weekly performance report: what worked, what failed, next actions

KPIs you own

inbound DMs per day/week (from free Telegram)
Engagement on key conversion posts (CTR / replies / saves)
Free group, DM, sale conversion rate (tracked in CRM)
Growth quality + retention (not vanity growth)
Consistency: posts shipped, tests run, learnings documented

You’re a fit if you:
Have Forex trading experience and understand MT5 workflows
Can write direct-response Telegram posts that drive action
Understand trader psychology and can communicate with traders naturally
Think in funnels and KPIs, not “engagement”

Take ownership and move fast without hand-holding

Not a fit if you:
Only do “community vibes/branding”
Need approval for every post
Don’t understand trading language or MT5
Write long, fluffy posts with no CTA

Compensation

Starting from $700/$1500 Monthly.
Base + performance bonus (tied to DM volume + conversion impact).
Can scale quickly if performance is strong.
