Tech Vistual Assistant (VA)

We are hiring a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support the setup, management, and maintenance of automated messaging and CRM systems for our clients.

This role is focused on backend execution and system support, not sales or copywriting. You will work behind the scenes to help implement and monitor automation workflows, manage lead data, and ensure systems run smoothly.

This role is best suited for VAs with prior experience in CRM systems, automation tools, or backend tech support.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON
Importing and organizing client lead databases (CSV, Google Sheets, CRM exports)
Setting up SMS workflows inside platforms like GoHighLevel, Twilio-based systems, or similar
Connecting AI chat or response logic (pre-written scripts provided)
Monitoring inbound SMS replies and flagging hot leads
Basic CRM pipeline setup (stages, tags, automations)
QA testing: checking message timing, replies, and booking flows
Maintaining SOPs and documenting setup steps

TOOLS YOU MAY USE
SMS platforms (Twilio-based tools, GoHighLevel, or alternatives)
Google Sheets / Excel
Zapier or Make (basic automations)
Calendly or booking tools
ChatGPT (for response handling and logic)

?? You do not need to be an expert in all tools. Systems and scripts will be provided.


IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
You’re a great fit if you:
Are comfortable with tech tools and automation
Can follow SOPs and also suggest improvements
Understand basic CRM concepts (pipelines, tags, triggers)
Are detail-oriented and reliable
Communicate clearly and ask smart questions
Have experience as a Tech VA, CRM VA, Automation VA, or Systems VA

Bonus (not required):
Experience with SMS marketing or appointment-based businesses
Familiarity with HVAC, MedSpa, or service-related businesses

WORK SETUP & HOURS
Remote, work-from-anywhere
Flexible hours (results-based)
Pay per project or build or 10 hours per week to start
Potential to grow into Lead Tech / Automation Manager
