JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support to customers using AutoCAD. In this role, you will handle customer tickets, communicate with users, and help resolve design and software-related issues through a structured ticketing system.

This is a long-term remote role with stable working hours and an established team in Israel.

Must Have
-Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD
-Ability to understand technical drawings and design files
-Good written and spoken English
-Comfortable working with tickets, emails, and customer messages
-Reliable internet connection and a professional work setup
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities
-Handle incoming and outgoing customer requests
-Receive and manage tickets through a basic CRM system
-Contact customers to understand their issues
-Troubleshoot and resolve AutoCAD-related concerns
-Provide clear and accurate guidance to users
-Update ticket records and document solutions
-Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner

Plus to Have
-Experience using Revit, Civil 3D, or SketchUp
-Background in architecture, engineering, or drafting
-Previous experience in software support or technical support
-Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
