JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong customer coordination skills to drive smooth project delivery and ensure customer success. This role bridges clients, developers, QA, and leadership to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

Responsibilities:
-Act as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams
-Gather and consolidate client and internal requirements
-Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-through
-Drive project execution, timelines, and quality
-Coordinate across developers, QA, management, and clients
-Motivate teams to deliver results on schedule
-Perform Software QA activities: test planning, test case creation, bug reporting, and validation
-Translate technical discussions into actionable tasks

Requirements
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Experience in project management and/or customer success
-Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-Hands-on familiarity with Software QA practices
-Comfortable collaborating with software developers or AI engineers
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
