Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant (Junior / Graduate)

We are an Australian-based eCommerce business seeking a junior or graduate Graphic Design & Marketing Assistant to join our remote team in the Philippines.

This is a support-focused, entry-level role. The tasks themselves are straightforward, however the role requires exceptional organisation, accuracy, and the ability to follow documented procedures.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will support our marketing and website operations by completing clearly defined tasks according to established processes.
Key responsibilities include:
-Preparing and resizing images using Canva
-Preparing documents such as PDF catalogues
-Uploading images and content to our WordPress website
-Exceptionally organised file management, including storing and maintaining files on our SharePoint server
-Following step-by-step procedures exactly
-Providing a daily written report outlining work completed
-Please note: file organisation and structure is a major part of this role. Precision and consistency are critical.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
-Exceptional organisational skills (essential)
-Exceptional ability to follow procedures (essential)
-Strong written and spoken English communication
-Confidence using Canva for basic design tasks
-Comfortable working with shared drives, folders, and file naming conventions
-Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable

DESIERABLE SKILLS
-Familiarity with WordPress
-Experience working with CMS websites

WordPress experience is helpful but not required. If you understand the fundamentals of CMS websites and are confident these skills can transfer, we encourage you to apply.

FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES

This is a bonus opportunity only and will be considered once the core responsibilities of the role are consistently met.

WORKING HOURS & EXPECTATIONS
-Full-time: 8 hours per day
-You must be responsive during Australian Eastern Time business hours (9am–5pm AEST)
-Specific start and finish times can be discussed, provided responsiveness and full daily hours are met
-Daily written reporting is mandatory

PAY
-USD $2–$3 per hour, depending on skills and experience
-Opportunities for review and increase for strong, long-term performers
