Job Description – Full Stack Developer II
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer II to join our development team. This role focuses on building and maintaining full-stack applications using REACT on the frontend, JAVA for middleware and backend services, and ORACLE as the primary database.

The ideal candidate is a solid mid-level developer who can work independently on features, collaborate effectively with teammates, and contribute to clean, maintainable, and scalable systems.

Responsibilities
_Develop and maintain frontend features using React (TypeScript/JavaScript)
_Build and enhance Java-based middleware (adapter layer) and backend services
_Implement and maintain backend functionality using Java
_Design, query, and optimize Oracle databases
_Collaborate closely with backend, frontend, QA, and product teams
_Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code following best practices
_Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback
_Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack
_Contribute to technical discussions, estimations, and sprint planning
_Ensure application performance, reliability, and security
_Document technical solutions and changes where needed

Required Technical Skills

Frontend:
_Strong experience with React
_Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
_Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and component-based architecture

Backend & Middleware:
_Solid experience with Java
_Experience building middleware / adapter layers and backend APIs
_Understanding of RESTful services and integration patterns

Database:
_Hands-on experience with Oracle Database
_Ability to write efficient SQL queries and understand data modeling

General Development:
_Experience using Git for version control
_Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development workflows
_Understanding of clean code principles and basic system design

Required Experience
_3–5 years of experience in full-stack web development
_Experience working on production applications with both frontend and backend responsibilities
_Comfortable collaborating within a development team and taking ownership of assigned tasks

Development Methodologies
_Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment
_Familiarity with sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
_Understanding of CI/CD best practices for building and deploying applications
