Pay: $385 per month

Shifts Available (choose one):
• 7:00am–1:00pm EST
• 5:00pm–11:00pm EST

What This Job Is About
We are hiring someone to help manage messages and comments on a busy Instagram account. Your job is to talk with people, answer questions, and turn conversations into sales.
This is a sales-focused role.

Your main goal every day is to have:
???? 5 sales per day
Everything you do (DMs, comments, follow-ups, organization) supports that goal.

Your daily mission is simple:
Talk to people ? build real conversations ? guide interested people to purchase.
Every comment is a lead.
Every message is an opportunity.
Every follow-up matters.
We do not want people ignored.
We do not want leads forgotten.
We want strong conversations that lead to sales.

What You Will Do Each Day
•Reply to Comments
•Like and respond to comments on posts
•Encourage conversation
•Move interested people into DMs
•Treat every comment as a potential customer
•Send and Answer Messages (DMs)
•Start conversations with people who engage
•Respond to all incoming messages during your shift
•Ask questions and listen before sending links
•Share offer links when someone is interested
•Stay Organized with Leads
•Keep track of who you talked to
•Follow up with people who showed interest
•Do not let warm leads go cold
•Make sure no one is forgotten


Support Daily Sales Goal (5 Sales Per Day)
That means:
•Taking conversations seriously
•Following up consistently
•Not being afraid to guide someone toward purchasing
•Paying attention to what works and improving daily

Daily Updates
At the end of each shift, you will report:
•How many new conversations you started
•How many follow-ups you sent
•How many people showed interest
•How many people were sent the link
•Any sales you helped support

Work Schedule
You must be available and active during your chosen shift:
• 7:00am–1:00pm EST
or
• 5:00pm–11:00pm EST
This is not a “check-in sometimes” role.
You must be responsive throughout your shift.

Pay & Growth
