I’m looking for a smart, reliable, detail-focused virtual assistant to help with research, lead generation, outreach, and light administrative tasks for my multifamily real estate company.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Researching multifamily brokers, CPAs, IRA custodians, and investor-related contacts
• Building organized spreadsheets and contact lists
• Sending outreach
• Managing and updating CRM entries
• Light admin tasks (Google Drive, docs, files)
• Weekly status reports
• Occasional scheduling or appointment setting
Requirements:
• Excellent written English (very important)
• Strong attention to detail — no sloppy work
• Great with spreadsheets and online research
• Follows instructions but also thinks proactively
• Stable internet + reliable computer
• Able to meet weekly deadlines without hand-holding
Preferred (but not required):
• Experience with U.S. real estate (any niche)
• Familiarity with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar
• Lead generation / cold outreach experience
• Understanding of multifamily investing terms (NOI, cap rate, etc.)
Hours & Pay:
• Part-time to start (10–15 hours/week)
• Flexible schedule
• Long-term relationship preferred
• Salary: competitive, based on experience
